Size Guide

Our scrubs are designed with comfort and functionality in mind, tailored to offer an ideal fit for every body type. Each size has been carefully measured to ensure ease of movement throughout your workday. The size charts below provide detailed measurements for tops and pants, including length, bust, waist, hip, and more. Please refer to these measurements to select the best fit for you.

How to Measure Top :

1.LENGTH:
Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (near the neck) straight down to where you want the hem of the top to fall.

2.SHOULDER WIDTH:
Place the measuring tape at the edge of one shoulder and measure across to the other shoulder, keeping the tape straight across your back.

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it snug but not too tight. Make sure the tape is level across your back.

4.SLEEVE LENGTH:
Start from the outer edge of your shoulder and measure down the outside of your arm to the wrist or the desired sleeve length.

5. CUFF:
Wrap the measuring tape around your wrist where the sleeve cuff will sit, making sure it’s not too tight for comfort.

How to Measure Bottoms :

1.LENGTH:
Measure from the top of the waistband down the outside of the leg to the desired hemline.

2.WAIST:
Wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist, typically just above the belly button.

5.BACK RISE:

Care Guide :

Do:

  • Always read and follow the care label and washing instructions before laundering your scrubs.
  • Sort your laundry into groups based on similar care instructions—organise by whites, darks, and colors.
  • The washing temperature on the care label indicates the highest safe temperature. If unsure, wash at a lower temperature to be safe.
  • Turn scrubs inside out before washing to protect the fabric and details.
  • Rinse your scrubs immediately after exposure to harsh chemicals or fluids and avoid wringing them out.

Don’t:

  • Avoid using excessive amounts of detergent.
  • Do not use detergents containing bleach, as they can damage the fabric.
  • Do not tumble dry your scrubs unless the care label specifically allows it.
  • Avoid ironing over prints, trims, or embellishments.
  • Do not leave scrubs with contrasting color panels soaking for extended periods.
  • Scrubs with metal trims should not be left to soak.
